What To Expect During Your First Visit

Upon arrival at your first visit, any new client must complete a new client form. This provides us with necessary information about you and your pets and helps to get to know you a little better.

You are welcome to download the form and complete it at home. If not, please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment so that you may fill in the form.

Physical exams are fairly comprehensive. Your pet will be examined head to tail so that we may have a better understanding of your pet's current health condition. From there, we may make recommendations for further exams. This can include vaccinations, parasite testing, and blood work. 

It is important that you bring your pet's previous medical records with you. This will make things go much smoother and give us a better sense of your pet’s health and lifestyle.
